1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentWheels vehicle rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (25 for premium vehicles)
• Possess a valid Driver's license for at least one year
• Present a valid credit card in your name
• Meet our insurance requirements

3. Reservation and Cancellation

Reservations can be made online or by phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to one day's rental charge.

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must only be driven by the authorized renter or additional drivers listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles may not be used for:

• Illegal purposes or to transport illegal substances
• Commercial purposes unless specifically authorized
• Off-road driving or racing
• Towing or pushing other vehicles

5. Liability and Insurance

Renters are responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We offer various insurance options to limit your liability, which must be selected at the time of rental.
